1. Your order number.

2. A clear photo showing the issue.

3. A brief description of the problem.

Once we review your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost to you.

Regarding Returns

In most cases, you will not be required to send the defective item back to us. If a return is necessary for our quality control, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide clear instructions if this is the case.

Sizing and General Returns

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sizing issues or buyer's remorse.
